Overdale Equestrian Centre is the home base of Mary Wanless, the author of the highly successful Ride With Your Mind, Ride With Your Mind Masterclass, For the Good of Rider, For the Good of the Horse, Ride With Your Mind Essentials and Ride With Your Mind Clinic. Mary has also produced 8 training DVDs.
Lessons and Courses at Overdale are taught by approved Ride With Your Mind coaches and generally focus on the rider's Biomechanics either on the flat, or over fences. Hacking is also available for regular clients.
Riders of all levels are welcome, from complete beginners, through to the more experienced competition riders.
Private lessons on our school horses, or your own horse are available through the year, in our large covered school (22m x 67m).
Mounted courses are held monthly from April through to September, 2 day and 4 day courses are available, again using a school horse, or your own.
Our computerised Riding Simulator is also available for individual lessons, or on weekend courses.
We welcome both full and working liveries.
